Mat Utt

Entering my 9th season of coaching, I began my volleyball journey at Oklahoma State, where I played on the club team, and later competed in indoor and sand leagues in the DFW area. I’ve coached at Attack Volleyball Club and Tejas Volleyball Club, leading teams to multiple national qualifications, including a 5th place finish at Nationals with my 13s team.

I’m excited to join Arete, where I look forward to contributing to the program’s culture and becoming part of the family. Outside of coaching, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two kids, and dogs, and volunteering as a coach for my son’s soccer team.
