Bio
Coach Dom has over 15 years of experience coaching at the club, middle school, and high school levels. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and currently serves as the Girls Athletics Coordinator and Head Volleyball Coach in Prosper ISD.
Her coaching philosophy centers around empowering athletes to embrace sisterhood, accountability, compassion, and a strong work ethic. Coach Dom strives to develop well-rounded individuals who face challenges with positivity and discipline, both on and off the court.
As a high school athlete, Coach Millsap was a 4-year letterman, earning 1st Team All-District honors as a Libero and Setter.
Outside of coaching, she enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid reader. Coach Millsap is excited to be a part of Areté and looks forward to a successful club season!
