Ashleigh Green

Ashleigh is dedicated to guiding young athletes with the belief that “How you do anything is how you do everything.” This philosophy emphasizes the importance of discipline, hard work, and integrity.
Ashleigh earned an Associate in Arts degree from Spartanburg Methodist College and completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Human Performance and Recreation, at Claflin University.

With extensive coaching experience, Ashleigh began coaching club volleyball in Salt Lake City in 2018, where she coached the 14.2 team and the 14.1 team. She then joined Arete Athletics in 2020, where she coached numerous teams over the years, including 15 Steel Ethos (2020-2021), 15 Steel (2021-2022), 14 Steel Ethos (2022-2023), 16 Steel (2022-2023), and 14 Steel Ethos (2023-2024). Ashleigh continues to coach the 17 Navy team (2023-2024) and the 14 Navy (2024-2025) and 15 Steel Ethos (2024-2025) teams, shaping the future of volleyball in these age groups.

In addition to coaching, Ashleigh has a strong playing background, having been an NCJAA 2-year athlete and an NCAA 2-year athlete. She was also recognized as the 2017-2018 Newcomer of the Year, highlighting her dedication and skill as an athlete.
